Our patient presented slight tubular breast deformity. In these cases the breasts may appear elongated in shape, be droopy or have protruding nipples with a larger than normal areola.

The case involved included expanding the breast base, releasing the tight fold, placing a large enough implant to fill the patient out, and re-shaping the gland with areolar reduction.
