Description: This patient had implants which had developed capsular contracture and had pre-existing droop which was not addressed at her primary surgery (hardness). After her revision she has soft and natural looking and feeling breast which have a much improved shapeProcedure: Explantation capsulectomy from sub glandular to submuscular. Bilateral breast lift. Exchange of implants.

This patient had displacement of her right breast to the side and downwards due to excess pocket size. After surgery her breasts are more symmetrical and the right now appears more like a natural breast.
Procedure: Capsulorraphy (tightening) and release of upper inner pocket to centralize implant.

This patient has scoliosis. She has a chest wall and a spinal shape issue. Sometimes a breast augmentation will camouflage some of the asymmetry.
